CCHIT first certified PrimeSUITE 2014 for eight criteria on Jan. 15, bringing the total number of the solution’s certified criteria to 37.

“We view this certification as validating Greenway’s lead position among EHR providers dedicated to furthering the transition to value-based healthcare under meaningful use Stage 2,” said Johnathan Samples, Greenway® executive vice president of research and development. “Greenway is now certified for all ONC 2014 Edition criteria available to us at this time, and we will continue to work as rapidly as possible toward full certification.”

The ONC HIT Certification Program certifies that Complete EHRs meet all of the 2014 Edition criteria and EHR Modules meet one or more — but not all — of the criteria approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) for either eligible provider or hospital technology.

Eagle Mountain, UT and Hillsboro, OR (January 9, 2013) – Brevium, Inc. a leader in Patient Reactivation Software and First Insight Corporation, developer of MaximEyes Practice Management and certified EHR software for optometrists and ophthalmologists, today announced a certified integration that allows users of MaximEyes 11.0 practice management software to integrate with Brevium software.

“We are excited to announce that Brevium’s Patient Reactivation Software is now available for MaximEyes customers,” said Brett Gerlach, president of Brevium. “Like MaximEyes, Brevium has long served practices in the eye care community, so this partnership is a great strategic fit. The developers at MaximEyes have worked closely with us to ensure that this integration is of highest quality. They have a great team, and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the years ahead.”

“Our partnership with Brevium paves the way for future integrations,” said Nitin Rai, president of First Insight. “This new integration automatically searches every patient’s history nightly to identify lost patients,” said Nitin Rai, president of First Insight. “Then it analyzes recalls to find patients who missed or never scheduled an appointment after receiving a reminder. Finally, it reviews claims data to identify patients with diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration or cataracts who are overdue for a visit, even if no recall was ever entered. The contact list is always complete and current.”

About Brevium

Brevium’s Patient Reactivation Software is helping some of the most recognized groups within eye care to bring back lost and overdue patients. Brevium acts as a safety net, catching any patients missed by a practice’s existing recall efforts. In this way, Brevium works with the practice’s current procedures, not in place of them. Brevium’s technology allows the practice to focus on specific parameters to assist in bringing back the right types of patients. With Brevium, offices are also able to exclude patients that are in collections, affiliated with a referring physician, or with insurance that the practice no longer accepts. Brevium operates on a month-to-month agreement and offers some of the strongest guarantees in the industry. To learn more, visit www.brevium.com

About First Insigh

First Insight was founded in 1994 by current president and CEO, Nitin Rai, to revolutionize and lead the eye care industry with the most complete and sophisticated practice management and electronic medical records software. The company’s focus has been to help doctors achieve a paperless practice through MaximEyes, its flagship practice management and certified EHR software system.

New ScanGlobal® Software Application Will be Available for Both RDP Terminal Services and Citrix
Plano, Texas, July 13th, 2012 –

INUVIO announces the development and beta testing of a new remote and network scanning and storage software solution. This new product is called ScanGlobal® and it will be available for both RDP Terminal Services and Citrix network environments. ScanGlobal® allows a single piece of imaging hardware or “scanner” on any client machine in a network to scan directly to a remote server over LAN or WAN. With ScanGlobal®, imaging hardware on any workstation can be accessed by any software running on a RDP Terminal Services or Citrix® server. ScanGlobal® allows any enterprise document management server software such as ScanSharp® and others to access any networked imaging hardware increasing overall cost-savings and efficiency. ScanGlobal® works seamlessly with all the other INUVIO™ products including ScanSharp® for card and document scanning and imaging and ScanOCR® for scanning and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) as well as third-party software applications and TWAIN hardware.

“In the past medical offices and other businesses had difficulty when trying to implement scanning, imaging and OCR or optical character recognition solutions in a remote or networked environment, which is very common in large or multi-location operations. Traditionally scanning hardware and software didn’t work in these environments, the most popular being RDP Terminal Services and Citrix. Before our new ScanGlobal® software, the available remote scanning solutions where limited, expensive, and difficult to implement”, stated Dr. Daniel J. Moulton, Founder and CEO, INUVIO.

1100 Jupiter Road, Suite 170, Plano, TX 75074
www.inuvio.com

ScanGlobal® will allow users to scan directly from their workstation to a server without shared folders or jeopardizing network security. ScanGlobal® offers seamless and solid image and document scanning and OCR over complex network environments with no noticeable increase in scanning time even when used with high-speed hardware. ScanGlobal® addresses the need for documents to be scanned and stored on a remote server in any business with distributed office locations. ScanGlobal® features direct scan and store to a remote server, accessibility through RDP Terminal Services or Citrix, combines with INUVIO’s ScanSharp® for network imaging and ScanOCR® for network OCR (Optical Character Recognition), no noticeable increase in scan or OCR processing time, scan and store images and data among distributed locations, and fulfillment of “Meaningful Use” and PM/EHR requirements. Image scanning and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) applications vary from healthcare such as doctors, dentist, vision, labs, and pharmacies, to financial such as banks, mortgage, transportation, shipping, and insurance, to security such as legal, government, education, and entertainment, to small office/home office and beyond. ScanGlobal® is a two-part (client/server) standalone application and does not require other INUVIO products.

“ScanGlobal will allow our customers and partners to implement the full range of our scanning, imaging and OCR or optical character recognition solutions across RDP Terminal Services or Citrix environments. We created it to facilitate the use of our other software programs, but ScanGlobal is a standalone application. This means it can be used with or without our other products. The software supports the use of any standard TWAIN compatible device including hardware devices from other manufacturers. ScanGlobal like all our products is designed to be flexible and provide maximum value to our many partners and customers”, explained David Miller, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, INUVIO.

INUVIO is proud to have partnered and integrated our technology with some of the largest IT solutions providers and enterprise systems such as PM (Practice Management), EHR (Electronic Health Records), CRM (Customer Relations Management) and others in the world. Our partners are integrators, developers, and resellers from around the globe. The integration of our SDK (Software Development Kit) with their software applications creates a powerful imaging and data capture solution that recognizes, translates and transfers information accurately and efficiently. In fact, joint IT development is one of our specialties. We maintain a full integration engineering staff in house. Third-party software clients can scan cards and documents and automatically capture customer images and data (such as name, address, numbers, ID number, group number, copay, and more) to modify or create the customer’s profile in their software application. They can also modify an existing profile through scanning an ID card and capturing demographic data (such as height, weight, race, eye and hair color and more). If data isn’t automatically captured, there is a simple drag and drop option to eliminate the necessary keystrokes and unintended transposition errors of manual data entry.

Our partners have the choice of integrating our powerful software products such as ScanSharp®, ScanOCR®, ScanSign® and others into their applications or we can do it for them. It’s up to them. We are always available to help our partners. We know that the foundation of any great partnership is integrity, trust, and mutually beneficial results. We only succeed when our partners do. Our products exist to increase competitive functionality and overall profitability for our partners. Please contact us at partners@inuvio.com for more information about joining our VIP partner program today.

New ScanSign® Software Application

Available in Both Integrated and Standalone Versions

Plano, Texas, June 4th, 2012 – INUVIO announces the development of a new electronic signature and form builder solution. This new product is called ScanSign® and is available in both integrated and standalone versions. ScanSign® incorporates electronic signature and data capture, binding, authentication, and verification of digital documents into the already powerful ScanSharp® imaging and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) product line. Thousands of businesses across the world are saving time and money by replacing paper processes with electronic signature and document solutions. Why not join them? Existing full-size documents and forms such as medical forms, financial documents, and security credentials can be easily loaded or scanned into the ScanSign® software for electronic signature and data capture and binding. The resulting digital document contains the original document, electronic signature, user input data, and a date and time stamp for authentication, all in one. ScanSign® works seamlessly with all the other INUVIO™ products including ScanGlobal® for IP / LAN / WAN networking and remote server access and storage.

“The days of a medical practice, financial institution, or security operation handing someone a clipboard are over. Our new ScanSign product allows end users or software integration partners to process required forms and gather customer data electronically on their choice of hardware from signature pads to tablets to touch-screen PCs, etc. No more print, sign, scan, shred, and repeat. What a waste of time and money. The future is electronic forms with fill-in-the-blank, check box, and signature data captured digitally”, explained David Miller, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, INUVIO.

ScanSign® documents can capture signatures from any electronic hardware such as USB signature pads or digital device such as smart phones, tablets, touch-screen PCs, and even a mouse. INUVIO’s EcoSign® line of USB signature pads in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and price points are a perfect match for the new ScanSign® software and offer an industry-leading 24-month warranty. The standalone and integrated versions of ScanSign® include features such as electronic signature and data capture, binding, and authentication, form builder, “check box”, “fill in the blank” and “auto-populate” with any existing PDF or scanned document. The resulting PDF documents include legally defensible digital signature/s and date/time stamp. ScanSign® meets “Meaningful Use” and EHR/EMR requirements and can be combined with INUVIO’s ScanGlobal® product for RDP Terminal Services or Citrix networking and remote server storage. The ScanSign® Software Developer’s Kit (SDK) allows integration with business management applications such as Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to pull data and auto-populate documents prior to them being edited and/or signed. Applications vary from healthcare to financial to security to small office, and beyond.

“ScanSign adds full electronic signature and form building capability to our existing line up of scanning and Optical Character Recognition solutions for healthcare and many other markets, partners and customers. ScanSign can be used as a standalone product or fully integrated into any third-party partner application such as Practice Management and Electronic Health Record systems. Partners can integrate their choice of features such as digital signature, check boxes, fill-in-the-blank, field auto-population, and more. ScanSign is a powerful solution for our customers and product enhancement for our integration partners”, stated Dr. Daniel J. Moulton, Founder and CEO, INUVIO.
